A variety of vegetarian food

Rice Lemat a la Vegetarian

Rice lemak is a kind of traditional Malay cuisine in the form of fragrant rice cooked with coconut milk and pandan leaves. Fat rice is commonly found in Malaysia, where it is considered a national Malaysian cuisine. Fat rice is also popular in other Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, and Southern Thailand. In Indonesia, nasi lemak can be found in some parts of Sumatra; especially Malay countries in Riau, Riau Islands, and Medan. Fat rice is commonly enjoyed as a meal for breakfast. Nasi lemak is similar to the traditional uduk Betawi rice because both are cooked using coconut milk.
  
 INGREDIENTS :
200 grams of rice, preferably fragrant pandan rice, wash thoroughly
2 pandan leaves, tie
100 ml thick coconut milk
150 ml of water or adjust to the type of rice
1 piece of red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp sugar

MATERIALS:
3 pieces of red onion                        
2 cloves of garlic
3 large red peppers
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cooking oil
       SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIAL :
 2 eggs, boiled or cooked omelet
1/2 cucumber fruit, sliced according to taste
50 gr tempe, cut as big as lighter, fried dry
50 gr peanuts, fried
HOW TO MAKE :
1. Enter the rice together with coconut milk, water, pandan leaves, onion slices, salt, and sugar in the rice cooker and cook until cooked.
2. Puree the chili ingredients of red onions, garlic, and large red peppers.
3. Heat cooking oil and stir-fry chili paste. Mix well, add sugar and salt. Cook until cooked and thickened
4. Sauce on rice on a plate together with dry fried tempe, peanuts, and eggs that have been cooked according to taste. Add cucumber slices.



Vegetarian Nugget

Nugget is one food that is generally made from processed chicken meat mashed and mixed with starch and various kinds of spices. Usually this nugget is served after a frying process, so it is one of the favorite meals among children, both as a friend to eat rice and as a snack. However, nuggets can also be made from basic ingredients without the use of chicken meat that can also be enjoyed by the vegetarian. The basic ingredients used to replace chicken meat are egg and egg noodles.
          
    In addition, this protein-rich vegetarian nuggets also use various types of vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, and spring onions that will certainly provide more nutritional value and healthy. This vegetarian nuggets can be served as a side dish for a friend to eat rice or as a snack that would also be liked by children.


INGREDIENTS :

1 packet of egg noodles
6 eggs
1 carrot, roughly grated  
200 grams of cabbage, cut into fine pieces
50 gr rice flour, melt with a little water                        
4 onion stalks
2 pieces of garlic, puree
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp salt
Flavoring, egg whites,
bread flour (panir), and cooking oil to taste


HOW TO MAKE :

1. Boil the egg noodles until soft, then stir-fry with garlic, carrots, and cabbage.
2. Enter the pepper, flavorings, salt, and green onions. Stir until smooth, then lift the mature noodles.
3. Enter the egg with the ripe noodles in the container and add the rice flour and stir until blended.
4. Dadar mixture was using teflon and cut into the desired shape.
5. After that, dip the ripe dough into egg whites, then sprinkle the flour (panir) and fry it with cooking oil.
6. Nugget ready to serve.

     
              

Vegetarian Fish

Recipes make this vegetarian fish almost the same as the recipe to make salted fish vegetarian before.

The difference is if the salted fish vegetarian arrangement sheet of flowers on the top of the nori, then on this vegetarian fish recipes, on the contrary arrangement of the sheet that is on the skin of the flowers know.

1 sheets dried seaweed (nori)

MATERIAL CONTENTS, MIX ONE:

2 pieces of white tofu, crush
1 pack of dried tofu flower, soak, crush             
Pepper to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Rice flour sufficiently
Salt to taste
Mushroom flavor or mushroom taste

HOW TO MAKE :

   1. Place the nori sheet on top of the tofu flower. In order for the nori sheets to stick with the flower tofu, basting with a thick tapioca solution on the skin of the flower tofu.
2. Place the mixed material on top of the nori sheet and the flower of tofu, then rolled.
3. Steam until cooked about 15 minutes.
3. After cool, cut to taste and fry.
